Your responsibilities

  • Comprehensive support for ongoing M&A mandates.
  • Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and process documents.
  • Contribute to the preparation of company valuations.
  • Preparation of detailed market and company analyses.
  • Support with due diligence and communication with clients and investors.
  • Participation in internal projects that lead to the further development of the company.

What you should bring

  • Completed studies in economics, finance or a comparable degree programmewith above-average performance.
  • Initial professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, auditing or a management consultancy (e.g. through internships).
  • Confident use of the MS Office package (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Highly self-motivated, ability to work in a team, resilience and a great sense of humor.

  • Independent (partial) project management
  • Preparation of detailed market and company analyses
  • Management of due diligence processes and communication with clients and investors
  • Participation in internal projects that lead to the further development of the company
  • Leading and mentoring analysts by providing detailed guidance and feedback, managing the flow of information and leading selected project streams

What you should bring

  • Completed studies in economics, finance or a comparable degree programmewith above-average performance.
  • 3-6 years of relevant professional experience as well as initial experience in the independent management of M&A projects
  • Experience in the valuation of corporate transactions and -structures including financial modeling
  • Support in sustainable client development and the further expansion of hillstreet
  • Professional and engaging demeanor as well as good presentation skills (German and English)
  • Team player with a high degree of initiative, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and motivation
  • Further, we also welcome progressive people with a sense of humor, empathy, friendliness and a willingness to help
