Your Tasks
Comprehensive support with ongoing M&A mandates Contributing to the preparation of client presentations and process documents Assisting in the execution of company valuations Preparing detailed market and company analyses Supporting due diligence and communication with clients and investors Contributing to internal projects that drive the further development of the company
What You Bring
Candidates are required to pursue a degree from an accredited college or university Initial professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, auditing, or consulting (e.g., through internships) Confident handling of the MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Excellent communication skills in German and English High self-motivation, team spirit, resilience, and a good sense of humor
